any event, while I have read quite a bit about Hitler’s background,
childhood, etc., and find it very interesting, I am not a fan of what is
called ’psycho-history’.
This approach tends to blame the crimes of nazism to childhood
problems of its greatest criminal.
Such historiography ignores, or downplays, the social-economic factors which were much more decisive, at least in my opinion.
